Stipend and Benefits
Selected candidates will undergo training for one year, during which they will receive a stipend of ₹50,000 per month. Upon successful completion of the training period, they will be considered for regular employment in the E-2 grade with a pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000. Additionally, NLC offers various allowances and benefits as per company policy.
